Pro-Designed offers consulting, project management, training, Odoo implementation services and the licensing of its Pro-Designed add-on and related modules. Specific conditions for each engagement are defined in a separate agreement or quotation, which takes precedence over these general terms.

The pricing calculator on this website provides a non-binding estimate of the possible cost structure, consisting of recurring costs (Odoo user licenses, Odoo.sh hosting and the Pro-Designed add-on license) and one-off costs (implementation and module setup fees). All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Odoo license prices are standard yearly prices for the first year and may change; the final prices are those stated in our written quotation or agreement, which is the only binding document.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, recurring costs (licenses and hosting) are invoiced annually in advance, and one-off implementation and module fees are invoiced according to the payment schedule in the quotation or agreement.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement, the customer adapts its business processes to the standard software; the customer remains responsible for the management, input and quality of its data and for any data conversion; customisations to documents, dashboards and reports are out of scope; the customer provides its own infrastructure (kiosks, POS hardware, PCs); integrations with other software are not included and are carried out at cost; additional development (Odoo Studio or custom code) is excluded.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt its availability, security or integrity. You may not scrape, copy or reuse content without our prior written consent.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and code — is the property of Pro-Designed or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Pro-Designed add-on and its modules remain our property and are licensed to you, not sold.

We do our best to keep the website up to date and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Pro-Designed is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Leuven, Belgium.

We may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.
